How do I access my course?

Once your order is complete, you’ll get access to your course on our online learning platform at tradingaz.hk.

Follow these steps to log in and start learning:

  1. Go to the platform
    Visit tradingaz.hk and click Login.
  2. Log in
    Use the same email address you used during registration/checkout on tradingaz.net as both:
    • Username: your registered email address
    • Password: your registered email address (default login — you can change it later)
  3. Access your course
    After logging in, go to My Courses to view and start your purchased course.

Important Notes

  • Please make sure you are using the exact same email you used when checking out on tradingaz.net.
  • If you can’t log in, double-check spelling of your email first. If the issue continues, contact support:
  • For better security, we recommend changing your password after your first login (Account Settings).

When will I gain access to my course?

Access to your course on tradingaz.hk will be granted immediately or within 1–21 days, depending on the course you purchased.

Please review the course description on tradingaz.net for the exact delivery/access timeline.

How do I check the status of my course access?

  1. Log in to your account on tradingaz.net.
  2. Go to Order Page to view your order details (order number, date, status, total price).

Status meanings

  • Processing: Your course is being prepared for access on tradingaz.hk.
    Please allow time for us to finalize the order. If your order includes multiple courses, some may still show “Processing”.
  • Completed: Your course is ready.
    Visit tradingaz.hk, log in with your email, and start learning.
  • Google Drive Delivery (if applicable):
    If your course includes downloadable content, you’ll receive a Google Drive link via email. It may also appear in your Downloads page in your Healthcarecourse account.

I entered an incorrect email during checkout. What should I do?

Please contact our support team as soon as possible so we can update your order email and ensure access:

I can’t log in. What should I check?

  • Confirm you are using the same registered email used at checkout.
  • Try the default login format:
    • Username = your email
    • Password = your email
  • If it still doesn’t work, contact support:

My course doesn’t appear in “My Courses”. What should I do?

  • Check your order status on tradingaz.net:
    • If status is Processing, please wait (usually within 1–2 days).
    • If status is Completed but the course is still missing, contact support so we can assist.
